1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at jurneemechanical.com and any HVAC services provided by Jurnee Mechanical (“Company,””we,””us,” or “our”), a family-owned HVAC company operating under Texas HVAC License #TACLA75892R, located at 209 East Austin Avenue, Hutto, Texas 78634. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
Jurnee Mechanical provides residential and commercial HVAC services including: AC repair, AC installation, AC replacement, AC maintenance, furnace installation and replacement, furnace repair, furnace maintenance, heat pump installation and maintenance, heat pump repair, ductless mini-split installation, air duct cleaning, thermostat installation and replacement, zone control systems, indoor air quality solutions, and commercial HVAC services.
We serve Hutto, Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Leander, Pflugerville, Taylor, Jarrell, Harker Heights, Temple, Bastrop, Webberville, Niederwald, and surrounding Central Texas communities. We service all major HVAC brands including ENERGY STAR-certified systems, smart thermostats, variable-speed systems, and ductless mini-split units. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Jurnee Mechanical provides upfront estimates after a thorough on-site system inspection. Our technicians evaluate airflow, static pressure, refrigerant performance, BTU requirements, equipment condition, and component integrity before recommending repairs or replacement. By authorizing work to proceed, you agree to pay the final invoice for services rendered.
Free quotes are available for qualifying services. Same-day response is provided for quote requests submitted online or by phone. Financing options are available for qualifying HVAC installation and replacement projects.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time services are completed unless a prior written credit arrangement has been established. We accept payment methods communicated at the time of service. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection proceedings and any associated costs.
5. SMS Communications Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and requesting service, submitting a contact or instant quote form, or scheduling an appointment through our website or by phone, you consent to receive text messages from Jurnee Mechanical. These messages may include appointment confirmations, same-day response notifications, technician dispatch updates, service follow-ups, and, where you have opted in, promotional offers and seasonal maintenance reminders.

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Emergency Services
Jurnee Mechanical provides 24/7 emergency AC repair and HVAC services throughout Hutto and Central Texas. Emergency calls are handled based on technician availability and location. Our team provides same-day response and makes every reasonable effort to restore comfort as quickly as possible. Upfront pricing applies to all emergency service calls.
7. Warranties
Jurnee Mechanical backs all repair work with a 180-day repair warranty. New HVAC system installations include 5- to 10-year warranties depending on equipment and scope of work. Manufacturer warranties apply to all equipment installed by our licensed technicians. Specific warranty terms will be provided in writing at the time of service or installation.
Warranties do not apply to pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of service, damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or issues unrelated to work performed by Jurnee Mechanical.
8. Brands and Equipment Serviced
Jurnee Mechanical technicians service all major HVAC brands and systems including ENERGY STAR-certified systems, smart thermostats, ductless mini-split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, evaporator coils, condenser coils, compressors, capacitors, TXVs, and ductwork. Our team works with both R-410A and the newer R-454B refrigerant systems.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jurnee Mechanical shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website, including property damage, loss of use, or loss of business income.
Our total liability for any claim related to services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for those specific services.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including the Jurnee Mechanical name, logo, text, images, service descriptions, and marketing materials, is the property of Jurnee Mechanical or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works without our express written permission is prohibited.
